Rotating Plasma Treatment enables you to treat large areas in a single pass. Our Rotating Plasma Head is easily integrated to new or existing production lines and is an excellent option for p rocessing of flat or 3 dimensional parts. A single Rotating Plasma unit can treat areas up to 60mm in a single pass. Rotating Plasma has been used in a variety of industries and used for the surface activation of various parts including; plastic cards, glass,flat sheets and large extrusions.

The plasma nozzles directed onto the material are used to generate and spread the plasma (cold plasma is generated). The plasma is generated inside the nozzle by a high voltage between a stator and a rotor and is blown out through the nozzle head using working gas.Plasma treating is used extensively prior to printing, painting, decorating, bonding and assembly.
